The importance of rotation on the follow-through:


Like throwing a baseball we must rotate through the golf shot. As my father taught me as a kid; on the follow-through, your sternum and belt buckle should be facing the target. Give it a try. I think you will like the results!

Good tempo = good golf swing

Great tempo on the golf swingOne of the most important yet overlooked things in the golf swing is good tempo. To achieve good tempo I think about swinging at 75% effort. A second way is to visually think of the swing of someone you know that has good tempo. Think about either of these two things as you are swinging and I think you will enjoy the results.
